ตลับลูกปืนเม็ดกลมกันรุนรับแรงสองทิศทางนั้นจะมีวงแหวนสามวง วงแหวนกลาง(center ring) จะสวมติดกับเพลา ยังมีตลับลูกปืนเม็ดกลมกันรุนที่มีแหวนรองปรับแนวได้เอง (aligning seat washer) อีกด้วย ซึ่งแหวนนี้จะอยู่ส่วนล่างของแหวยนรองตัวเสื้อ เพื่อรับการยั้อแนวของเพลา หรือการติดตั้งที่ไม่พอดี โดยปกติแล้วจะใช้รังเหล็กปั๊มขึ้นรูปในแบริ่งส์ขนาดเล็ก และรังกลึงขึ้นรูป ใช้กับแบริ่งส์ขนาดใหญ่
